| Employees Liability and Workmen's Compensation |
| In terms of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance/Act, an employer is liable to pay compensation to an employee in the event of death or injury, including contracting occupational diseases, which may occur during their course of employment. Compensation for Temporary or Total Disablement is also payable in accordance with the provisions of the Act. This liability can be insured under this insurance policy. The policy can also be extended to cover the legal liability under Common Law. |
